When I first met Joe he was a nice guy and continued to be even after I paid in full and agreed to a 400.00 extra charge for him to include something that should have been included in the chapter 7 bankruptcy. Once the bankruptcy was discharged he sent me a bill for 1400.00 extra dollars, when I aske...d he said that there was a charge for more work he had to do on my case. I told Joe that we had already agreed on a price and that I was not able to pay more. Joe then tried to get me to enter into a payment plan for the amount he was asking for. I told Joe I did not ever agree to this amount of money after I had already payed him in full for the bankruptcy he advised he would sue me for the money he said I owed him. Today almost a year after my bankruptcy and after rebuilding my credit that I worked so hard on he served me with papers to sue me. I had already spoken with another Attourney who is going to deal with this issue who said he had heard about Joe and his way of doing this to people. BEWARE do not put yourself into my nightmare.

My case was very clear and precisely explained almost verbatim of what would take place. He was always available to answer any and every question that I had throughout my process. Everything was done in a timely matter in order to get my case resolved. I'm 99% sure I won't ever need his services agai...n but I'd definitely recommend him to anyone that's looking!
