He owns some homes and instead of making sure the homes are livable and not full of mold he pays his "maintenance" to come in and "patch" whatever is wrong. He writes clauses into his lease that the tenants are responsible for major repairs even repairs that are only needed due to the negligence of t...he crews he had repairing the home prior to us signing a lease. It's sad we were really happy with the home until the basement flooded and the plumbing that was installed was leaking sewage into the basement to be soaked into the wood and walls. Beware of this lawyer, its my opinion that he is a slum lord and will take your money and run. This review is exactly that, a review and only my opinion of this horrible man.

Walked into court with a recommended 70-90 days sentence by my probation officer. Dean prepared ahead of time for the trial and also made sure I was informed every step of the way. My trial had a great outcome, and I was able to move on to a brighter future. I have a lot of respect for this lawyer ...and would recommend him to anyone who needed help.
