I brought an ongoing case which already had a show cause hearing scheduled to show cause why my husband was not giving me my visitation! I paid to have this set and told them time was of the essence! After agreeing to be there they called the court and the other attorney and cancelled it the day befo...re! When I said they had no right she laughed and said as my new attorney she could do anything without my consent. I complained about both of them to the Michigan Attorney Grievance! Others had complained too! Welch got his licensed suspended for 6 months's and had to return my retainer and 6 others! I believe neither should be attorneys!
