I used Arnold many years ago. My ex-husband had me in the car with him saying he had to stop at work to do something I thought nothing of it. Some guy came up to our van and talked to him, my ex knew a lot of people at his job, they shook hands and away we went. As we were going down the road he sta...rted to pull over and he handed me some packets and said hide these. I kept saying what is this and why are we pulling over, he never answered me and the next thing I know my door is being opened. Yes it was under cover cops. You have to understand I am a small town girl and never even thought of breaking any laws, I came up during the flower power 70's but I was the odd one who hated pot(still do). Any ways I still had these packets in my hand. Yes you guessed it I was the one looking at eight years and him not so much. These cops tormented me, just like in the movies. Well thank God for my dear friend for life Attorney Arnold Weiner, I have never seen any attorney so kind, caring and going way out of his way to help me. Help me he did he even got my record cleaned. I was innocent and that was the honest fact.. During times of sitting in the court room waiting for our turn he would help other people that came through the door with no attorney. This man is truly extraordinary, he never lets judges or other attorneys intimidate him. I am now 61 and still talk Attorney Weiner. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart, Arnold.

I have used Arnold for several issues, from criminal defense to real estate and probate issues. I was so pleased with the results that I recommended him to my daughter who also had equally excellent results. Mr. Weiner knows all of the local judges and prosecutors and has a good working relationshi...p with them. He is extremely personable and this quality serves him well.

Mr. Weiner claims to be a 'loan modification' specialist. He charges $3500 dollars for Loan Modifications, then does NOTHING to earn said money. He'll show you some puff piece articles in a two year old newspaper, and tell you how much hes concerned about your home. Its all a lie. He is concerned ...with your $3500. Nothing more. You can do loan modifications yourself for free. He took the money from me, then three months later calls and says there is nothing anyone can do, I have to move out of my home in six months. I then started calling the mortgage company myself and NEGOTIATED MY OWN MODIFICATION AFTER ARNOLD WEINER SAID THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO AND HAD SIX MONTHS TO VACATE MY HOME. When I got the modification paperwork all completed and my home was saved, I called Mr. Weiner back and he ducked my calls for weeks, having me repeatedly send him the same documents time and again then tried to buy us off for 500 dollars while claiming that i was a bully for calling him repeatedly. . A shady guy, all the way around. Also, he has a lady working in his office who claims to be some sort of real estate expert, Sharon Smith. She is the one who "handles" the actual modifications. Poorly. Stay away from this lawfirm for anything related to your mortgage.
