Biography
I began my career as a banking and structured finance attorney having practices in both Chicago and Detroit. After practicing for 5 years, I left the big firm environment and founded , a business law firm with a twist.
My practice is dedicated to helping businesses think strategically about their businesses and create successful strategic alliances. I also work with individual entrepreneurs to enable them to decrease stress and increase concentration.
The result for both individuals and organizations is a greater resilience that leads to:

SMALL BUSINESS LOAN REPRESENTATION
