Betty L. Lowenthal

Ms. Lowenthal recently handled my case. She failed to even read the motion, yet made decisions that affected the outcome of my case with very little knowledge of the issues at hand. She refused to let either party talk and assumed issues that were not even part of the motion. She was rude, carried... an air of superiority and communicated her personal opinions of the parties involved in an incredibly unprofessional manner. I've interacted with Ms. Lowenthal multiple times and this has proven to be a consistent theme in her behavior.
