Doesn't know what he is doing!
My husband is supposed to be here by now. We petitioned him a year ago but then everything was delayed because he filed the wrong papers. Thousands of dollars were wasted. And he is terrible at returning phone calls. Now I have to re-petition him, pay more money and wait even longer. This is ridiculo...
