About Laura
Biography
Laura Marji was admitted to the Michigan State Bar in 2010. Since that time she has been dedicated to assisting clients by striving for the best legal outcome on each case. Ms. Marji has has a general practice. She offers her clients assistance with a variety of legal matters.
She is committed to giving back to the community, and currently sits on several boards. Current positions include the Representative Assembly position with the State Bar of Michigan, Past-President of the Macomb County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section, Board of Directors Member of the Care House in Mt. Clemens, and Board Member for the Thomas M. Cooley Alumni. Past positions include 2015-2016 President of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan – Macomb Region, and Council Member of the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Michigan from 2012-2015.
Ms. Marji attended Madonna University in Livonia. After completing her bachelors degree in only 2.5 years, she went on to attend law school at Thomas M. Cooley in Auburn Hills. She is currently working on her legal masters in tax at Thomas M. Cooley.
She lives in Macomb Township with her husband and adorable dog, Smokey. Ms. Marji and her husband spend much of their free time with family and friends.
