Mark F. Pimlott

I was shocked at the first two great reviews and understood the one star review as I experienced the same. This guy, although I am sure he is a nice guy, just doesn't fight for the injured worker. He has worked too long on the other side and sympathizes with the insurance company letting them essen...tially drive the car. I too have worked both sides and I would not hire this guy to save my life. Very provoking. He did not take the time to review my file properly and thought that I was suing someone else, and did not know a completely other proponent of my case. He had my file for 10 months and just looked at my medical the day I fired him. Not only is he not a good match, he just doesn't see through the eyes of a Plaintiff's attorney. Possibly rubbing shoulders with his old cronies as well. I say that as a judgment call... But, he is a nice guy.

Mr. Pimlott spent many years representing insurance companies and doesn't appear to have made the transition to being on the same side as employees in workers' comp cases. In our initial discussion, he sided with insurers on every point. His advice was not helpful. I didn't hire Mr. Pimlott as he fai...led to show compassion for an injured worker and didn't show any evidence of wanting to help me. If fact, it drove me to another firm, where the attorney provided great advice and direction. I was happy with my final choice.
