I can not say enough good things about Talia and the law office as a whole. I am a client who was unfortunately having to fight for 50/50 custody of my daughter. I recently had a hearing at Oakland County Friend of the Court with Talia as my council. I admired Talia's attempt to broker an out of court settlement with my very difficult Ex. When that did not succeed we went in front of the Referee and Talia went into full on Lawyer Mode. Talia had a firm gra...sp of the weaknesses in our petition, and she requested a modification that she sensed was attainable as the hearing unfolded. Thankfully her instincts proved accurate and our motion was granted! The other thing I really liked about Talia was that she was very honest in our initial consultation meeting about what she believed was possible, and what she thought was impossible. Consequently I had very realistic expectations about potential outcomes when we headed to court. There is nothing worse than an attorney who tells you only what you want to hear, or talks to you like you are stupid. Talia does Neither of those things and keeps things very real.
