Talia T. Goetting

I can not say enough good things about Talia and the law office as a whole. I am a client who was unfortunately having to fight for 50/50 custody of my daughter. I was recently awarded 50/50 custody and I can not thank them enough for what they did. It is a very stressful thing to have to go through ...and deal with but Talia and her associates made it as stress free as possible. Talia genuinely cares about her clients but more important than that, she cares about the children that are involved. I felt like she took it personal, which is the greatest feeling to have in this situation where you almost feel alone in your struggle and fight. I can honestly say that there is nobody on this planet that I would rather have in my corner. I now get to spend as much time as possible being a dad to my little girl and I owe it to all to her.

I recently had a hearing at Oakland County Friend of the Court with Talia as my council. I admired Talia's attempt to broker an out of court settlement with my very difficult Ex. When that did not succeed we went in front of the Referee and Talia went into full on Lawyer Mode. Talia had a firm gra...sp of the weaknesses in our petition, and she requested a modification that she sensed was attainable as the hearing unfolded. Thankfully her instincts proved accurate and our motion was granted! The other thing I really liked about Talia was that she was very honest in our initial consultation meeting about what she believed was possible, and what she thought was impossible. Consequently I had very realistic expectations about potential outcomes when we headed to court. There is nothing worse than an attorney who tells you only what you want to hear, or talks to you like you are stupid. Talia does Neither of those things and keeps things very real. I highly recommend Talia as a Family Law Attorney, she was a pleasure to work with and an Excellent Advocate. Brian
