Robert led us through the process of preparing our will and trust. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and through. At each of our meetings he came prepared, organized and able to answer our questions. He is friendly and made our meetings comfortable particularly when we were making some tough... decisions.

Excellent expertise, extreme politeness, always kind & patient no matter how many times we did not follow-up on required tasks! He encouraged us to invite our adult children, 3 of 4 attended & enjoyed meeting with him/ appreciated info shared. Mr. Zak was able to answer every question throughou...t process. Some documents to i.d. steps to take, info required & info to dumb it all down, plus a check off list may be very helpful. I took notes but still don't understand some of the different aspects of trusts, however, it is set & we/ kids will be able to get info /ask questions as we need to. Robert Zak is an excellent professional to work with!!
