I was involved in a wire fraud case and I hired Mr. RJ Cronkhite and Mike Cox who carefully reviewed a ton of details and made an excellent defense. The court process was slow and there were court delays so it took more than a year to get to the sentencing hearing, but that worked out the best and al...lowed RJ Cronkhite and Mike Cox to be fully prepared and prepare a great defense and written memorandums to the judge through out the whole process. Their experience and knowledge is superior and they truly worked to achieve the best outcome. They rehearsed possible questions the prosecutor may ask me and prepared me very well in advance. During the sentencing hearing the judge did all the talking and didn't follow what I anticipated to be going at the stand and answering the prosecutor's questions. The sentencing hearing and the 5 minutes recess prior to judge pronouncing the sentence was nerve racking to say the least. They tried to keep me calm and made the necessary defense comments to the judge, but I was about to die and was so nervous. They were able to achieve an outstanding result and the judge ruled with a probation sentence and a fine which was the best I could have expected in this case. I still don't know how they achieved the amazing outcome and I could have been sentenced to serve prison time. I am so grateful for their work and the outcome they achieved. I highly recommend them.
