He talked a good strong game, when hired, but failed to deliver on many levels, it was shocking. He blew threw 20k retainer without even notifying me, would fail to address issues and questions repeatedly, then change me for reading the emails about why he didn't do it. Happened several times. He fai...led to be able to keep even simple facts straight, very poor prep for arbitration, failure to contact or prep witnesses, nonsensical, at times. Poor negotiating skills, Couldn't keep track of current to proposed parenting time schedules, even in arbitration and in court.

I hired Mr. Weiner 2 years ago to handle my complicated divorce. From the start Howard was responsive and knowledgeable. His years of experience were evident in every aspect of my case. He couldn't have done a better job for me. He was called upon again 2 years post judgment due to my former spo...use's non compliance and again he handled to situation extremely well . I think the 2 people who posted negative reviews on this site had to be writing about a different attorney!

Mr. Weiner handled my divorce in 2012. He failed to tell me he spends half of his time in Florida and was not available when he was needed. He was not knowledgeable about real estate issues and did not do his due diligence regarding analysis of my spouse's income, assets, and expenditures. He was di...smissive and contrite. In my opinion, he was out-lawyered by opposing counsel. His poor drafting of my JOD resulted in another 12 months of mediation and arbitration.
