LIAR!! WORST ATTORNEY EVER

After hiring Eric for a landlord tenant case and paying Eric, he assured me that we would 100% win my case. This case drug on for almost 2years w multiple adjournments filed, Eric’s recommendation. I gathered all the evidence Eric needed to win this case. Photos, Videos, Text messages and emails and ...told Eric every step of the way the info I had. This case actually went to trial. But before it got there.. Eric asked for more money which he assured me we would request back when we won the case. When the day of the trial came I asked Eric about all of the evidence and if he needed it. His reply was no. He gave the judge NONE of the evidence he knew that I had. So Eric LOST the case for me and cost me a judgement against me for $20,000 which included ALL court costs and the landlord’s ATTORNEY fees on top of the extra money Mr. LADASZ requested. Eric is the WORST lawyer ever. DO NOT HIRE HIM IF YOU WANT TO WIN!! HE IS A LIAR AND ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY!! He even lost my security deposit to the landlord to be put towards the court costs and judgement. After everything I already went thru w the landlord for 2 years… w 2 small children

AMAZING ATTORNEY - THANK YOU

AAA+ Being referred to & Retaining Eric Ladasz as my attorney was a Godsend. He is very Bright and extremely capable and gave me an such peace of mind & reassurance, it took so much worry off me I can't even begin to explain. He efficiently Handled so many complex issues for me that would've otherwis...e probably given me a nervous breakdown. Going into the Courthouse or for depositions without him, Would've been a grave error! Eric is a solid, very easy manner & very dependable, Extremely intelligent & alert and very well respected and in legal circles in the Dearborn & Dearborn Heights courts, And many others. Most definitely, it was the best investment I've made for my own financial best interest, It might've otherwise destroyed me. The other convenience of being able to pay him through PayPal It's so easy and convenient, and with the PayPal credit great way to budget yourself and payments over a period of time and be able to afford a reasonably priced very professional attorney! Thank you so much.

Ask a Lot of Questions Before Hiring.

My 1st mistake was when I walked in. The office is either the size of my kitchen or smaller which my kitchen is 9 X 10. So I would say smaller. 1st red flag. Ask questions such as is this worth hiring you or would it be better I do this case on my own. In my situation I could have handled it on my ow...n and been better off. Charged .4 hrs which is almost 1/2 hr for what he said was exchange multiple emails" one day to defendants office. Seriously? We all send emails. How long does it take for you folks to send an email and read an incoming one? Even multiple emails. I type slow but I can sure send a lot of emails in one day in almost a 1/2 hr time. 2 hrs to prep for trial and 2 hrs charged for trial. 4 hrs. The trial never took place since defendant didn't show up. I got a default judgement in my favor against the company. Yet this attorney chose NOT to go after what he said he would go after. So that was a waste. The Judgement meant nothing. I asked to look for assets of this company thru a court order. Never did. Gave excuses why but didn't bother to even check. There's more but no need to go any further. You get the gist. Also one time the defendant did show up which was probably the only time. This lawyer went out in the hall and talked with him for about 20 min. Came back with an offer made by the defendant. 20 or more just to hear an offer? Seriously? So I paid a lawyer on the my clock to have BS session with the other Lawyer? How long does it take to hear an offer and say, "I'll talk to me client"? 20 min or more? or about 5 min? In my opinion. If I had known I would have run, not walked.
