An attorney who is asset to the legal field
Counselor Cermak is a genuine and upright man as well as an attorney. He listened and evaluated my situation and concerns important to me as the cause of not only a potential client but needing legal guidance. Although he was unable to represent me, he answered my questions and concerns as well gave me direction to resources. An attorney's wisdom is worth gold. I gathered that when I embarked becoming a paralegal but unfortunately was unable to finish. Their time is very valuable. Counselor Cermak gave me time. I listened to Chief Justice Roberts speak on legal writing and he said you can tell when an attorney has the cause of his client at their best interest. Counselor Cermak acted and gave his counsel in my best interest. I highly recommend his services. I will call him in the future when I have the need.

Honest, affordable, moral, ethical attorney
Bryan really went to bat for me when I was put in quite a difficult position by my previous employer. Bryan was honest, up front, and very very fair. Even when we were put in a difficult situation Bryan always did what he - and I - felt were in my best interests. In a situation where other lawyers would have surely pushed me to litigate, Bryan advised me to settle because in the end it would cost me less time and money even-though he could have easily pushed me to proceed which would have inevitably made him and the firm more money. I HIGHLY recommend Bryan Cermak and The Cronin Law Firm.

Bryan guided me from inception of my business in 2009, through hiring contractors, changing states, work limitations and license requirements, and continues to guide me now through my current biggest expansion. As a 30 year paralegal, I have worked with many lawyers, both as clients and as those representing others during a negotiation. Bryan stands above them all. He has an unusually astute way of hearing only a few details, identifying the nut of any issue, providing clear guidance, making the client feel empowered (which is huge), and making sure I had the most direct path to success in every case!
