Choose Brian Farrar for employment representation!

I am very grateful to my attorney, Brian Farrar, from Sterling Employment Law. Brian’s communication style is calm, but actionable. His knowledge and experience in employment law allowed him to negotiate a financial settlement with a past employer’s worldwide legal team! I was prepped for Zoom mee...tings, received email updates, and had many clarifying calls with Brian to help me understand the process and its sequencing. His results-oriented strategies gave me such confidence every step of the legal journey. Outstanding attorney!

Simply the Best!

Brian is the absolute best! I hired him to help me out with a situation I had with my former employer. Throughout the process, Brian took time to answer all of my questions and informed me of all of my options and the potential outcome of each option. He is an excellent communicator and stayed in ...touch with me on a daily basis. He is very knowledgeable about the nuances of the law and he thoughtfully considered the type of approach that would be best to help me receive my desired outcome. It was reassuring to know that he was acting on my behalf and fighting for me! I would highly recommend Brian to anyone needing employment representation. I was pleased with the outcome of my case and having Brian represent me made the steps along the way much more understandable and much less stressful.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
