I retained this attorney in early 2025 with my wife for a time-sensitive legal matter and paid a $10,000 flat fee. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through, communication, and action after payment was made. We raised our concerns directly and attempted to resolve... things privately, but were left with no meaningful response or refund. We have since filed a formal grievance with the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission and are pursuing further action through the courts and the State Bar’s Client Protection Fund. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and be cautious before moving forward.
