I am the son of a probate judge and have been practicing in this area my entire career.  I listen to my clients and I'm not afraid of trials.  Whether dealing with a step parent or an estranged sibling, the issues involved in trust and estate litigation are often about the emotional difficulties of dealing with family (and sometimes strangers) as well as the economics.  I have written on these topics and litigated these issues for decades. As a partner in a 30 lawyer firm, I also have the back up resources to address a myriad of related problems including, taxes, real estate, corporate law and even family law or criminal matters.  I am comfortable dealing with both sophisticated and highly technical probate or tax issues as well as the simplest and most straightforward lower value cases.

Great attorney!!!
This might be a duplicate review... Ken Silver was the third - and final - attorney that I hired to assist me with my father's probate. The first two were clearly working for my adversary more than for me. Ken Silver acted in my best interests and helped me to safeguard my father's assets. He's the BEST!
