Biography
I am an attorney in Paesano Akkashian, PC’s Business and Commercial Litigation practice group. I represents individuals and companies in a variety of business cases including contract actions, shareholder disputes, warranty, and financial claims. I also spend time negotiating and drafting various types of contracts and advising clients on all aspects of business planning, entity formation, and compliance.
I take pride in providing clients with exceptional service. My clients can count on me to analyze complex legal issues with great attention to detail and to vigorously advocate for their best interests. I strive to anticipate problems and every counter-point, enabling a well-thought-out case. I am a zealous advocate with the ability to distill complex issues before a judge and potential juries.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, dog, and friends. I am a devoted Michigan State supporter as well as a die-hard Detroit sports fan.

The lawyer who lawyers hire when they need a lawyer
I got myself in a lil pickle being less secure than I should have been lending money to a harlot. I'm a lawyer so I should know better. Alec got me repaid what I was owed and I ended up owing him less than 10% of the outstanding balance for his services. A+.
