At Fowler & Williams, PLC our mission is clear: provide individualized and personalized service for each client and their matter.  If you are engaged in a litigious divorce, are a criminal defendant with a felony matter in State or Federal Court, or are in the midst of fighting in probate Court, talk to us.  If the other side is being unreasonable, or is trying to force you to resolve your case and you think their proposal might not be in your best interests, call us.  Our story is simple.  We are lawyers looking to achieve the goals our clients want.  Our experience in handling family law matters, probate matters and complex criminal cases allows us to help navigate clients to outcomes they desire.  Each client is unique and their situations and problems often unusual and significant.  We treat each case with the time, energy and attention we would if it were our own, with the goal of achieving the client's interests at the forefront.

As one of the founding partners of Fowler & Williams, PLC, it was important to ensure that the firm actually catered to our client's needs.  As a former assistant prosecutor of Wayne County, and as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Westland and the City of Wayne, I have the experience and know how to represent clients charged with criminal offenses from local misdemeanors to life felonies in State and Federal Court.  As a prosecutor, I worked in the Elder Abuse Unit, where part of my job description was prosecuting complex financial crimes.  With that experience in my background, I can handle all kinds of financial crimes cases, and specialize in handling White Collar Crimes.  

For the past two and half years at Fausone Bohn, LLP, I was primarily tasked with handling high conflict family law matters, including divorces and child custody actions.  All of the partners at Fowler & Williams, PLC have substantial experience handling complex and high conflict family law matters, including cases involving international custody disputes and interstate support enforcement actions, as well as high conflict and financially complex divorces and custody matters. 

Now, I have taken those skills and, together with my partners, we have the skills and experience competently deal with any problem you have in a divorce or family law matter, criminal case, or probate action.  Basically, Fowler & Williams, PLC can handle anything you can throw at us, and we can go out and pitch any case and win.
