Tim Paul Malefyt

I can't say enough about how Tim handled my case. I think it's great how Tim monitors the docket to help citizens. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about receiving a letter out of the blue but after thinking about it I decided to contact Tim and I am glad I did. My case was handled quickly... and professionally and completely to my benefit. I would highly recommend Tim and will retain his information in my files.

I received a letter and business card from Attorney Malefyt. I at 1st thought it was some type of scam and a way to get money. In this world we live today it's hard to trust anyone. However, with a very demanding job, a large family that needs my attention I really had no time at all to fight this... on my own. So, I did something I never do and I called attorney Tim Malefyt. He was very receptive, and not offended to my questioning and concerns of his legitimacy and he took care of my speeding violation and even got it dismissed. No hassles, no more money, no record to worry about he just did what I couldn't do. Worry free, hassle free, and just as easy as dialing his number. I am amazed and very appreciative to have attorney Tim Malefyt on my side and would recommend his experience and knowledge in any circumstance. So I got a ticket for going 20-25 over on I94 where the speed limit is 55. A week or so later I got a letter in the mail from Tim offering to take the case to course for 90 dollars. I have a HORRIBLE driving record and could not afford the raised insurance rate that getting points on my record would ...give me. So I decided 90 dollars was worth the risk and hired him. I'm SO glad I did. He got the charge reduced to speeding 0-5 over which gave me no points! I didn't even have to go to court. Just emailed him my info, he set the court date, and he let me know when it was all done. I couldn't believe it. So worth it. If you're worried about getting points seriously hire him.
