I received a letter and business card from Attorney Malefyt. I at 1st thought it was some type of scam and a way to get money. In this world we live today it's hard to trust anyone. However, with a very demanding job, a large family that needs my attention I really had no time at all to fight this... on my own. So, I did something I never do and I called attorney Tim Malefyt. He was very receptive, and not offended to my questioning and concerns of his legitimacy and he took care of my speeding violation and even got it dismissed. No hassles, no more money, no record to worry about he just did what I couldn't do. Worry free, hassle free, and just as easy as dialing his number. I was a bit skeptical at first when Tim contacted me about representing me for such a low price, but I figured I would pay that much to not have to step a foot in the court so I took a chance.
