I feel incredibly lucky that I found Chris Nesi when I did. I left my (now ex) fiance after witnessing physical abuse by him against his daughter. I was 2 months pregnant with his child at the time, and I was terrified of a court deciding the fate of my child. I consulted several attorneys, and Chris... was the ONLY one who didn't simply tell me there was nothing that could be done until the child was born. He took me on as a client immediately, and coached me through every step of the process, from retrieving my belongings from my ex's house all the way to the custody trial a year later. Despite my ex's essentially limitless bank account and his threats to drag me through the mud in court until he got what he wanted, Chris didn't back down and was prepared to take my case as far as it needed to go in order to protect me and my child. I was awarded sole physical and legal custody of my daughter, who is now 8 months old. There aren't enough words to explain how grateful I am to Chris for helping me through the most difficult time of my life and using his knowledge of the law to empower me and my daughter. Chris eats, breaths and sleeps family law, and will go the extra mile at whatever time of day or night to help his clients. He is one of those old-school lawyers, with over 25 years' experience and an unrelenting desire to help people get what they deserve. Chris Nesi is a great lawyer. My husband went through a very contentious divorce followed by a bitter custody battle, resulting in another lawsuit with his ex seeking attorney fees for all the years of litigation. Chris was the only lawyer that was able to stop this madness. He is very professional, ...very knowledgeable, has a no-nonsense attitude, and only billed for the work he actually did. He always responded to calls and texts.

Chris is the most unprofessional person I have every come across. My case is a "simple, first year law type of case", his words not mine. I have bene dealing with him for almost a year and he has done nothing but tell stories of his other cases and telling me how he got his girlfriend out of a ticket..., yet he cannot do a simple task that he was hired to do. It is like pulling teeth to even get a sit-down meeting with him. He does not respond to calls to his cell or office, text messages or emails. He is also a liar. He outright admitted that he lied about setting a court date after delaying my case for God knows what reason, therefore delaying the process even further. He hides behind his office manager, who also does not respond. Do not waste your time and your money on this low life.

My son pass away , I hired Christopher Nesi & paid him the amount he requested to represent my son estate , $500 .00. He Never called me , or sent me any form of correspondent , WHN I called & texted numerous of time he blew me off , the couple times he did answer ! I called him from a different ... number & he promised 2 GET back with me , he stayed, he was in court , bottom line , I put $500 .00 IN this man's hand , walked out his office door & never HER anything from him again !

He was late to my court. I stood alone in front of the judge until Nesi finally showed up. He lies, doesn’t do his job. I had to read the contract myself and point out the mistakes to him, even though that’s his job. He will do everything in HIS best interest not yours. He’ll take your money and the...n will do the bare minimum. He won’t do things you ask him to do even though you paid him. He won’t return your calls. He screwed me in my divorce. Unprofessional, lazy, and horrible at his job. Don’t waste your money on him.
