I can’t explain to begin to explain how much Will saved me. I had been charged for a hit and run, wreckless driving, and improper use of lanes with zero proof I was even in the car the night this happened. Will was patient when the cop didn’t show up to the zoom trial and was there the next time de...spite it not being his fault the cop didn’t show up for court. When it came time for them to review the charges, he miraculously got them all dropped. I could’ve had something on my driving record preventing me from doing my job and I was able to walk out with a clean record and he won a case against a police department because of knowledgeable he was about laws and how you can’t just assume someone was in a car without proof. The cops spent hours trying to obtain proof against me and Will shut down all their attempts and won the case. I was nervous at first since it was me against a police department and didn’t think I would be able to walk away without anything on my record, but he made it happen. He knew about laws that the judge didn’t even know off the top of his head and the judge had to take a break to confirm with coworkers about what Will said. He was more knowledgeable than the judge who had been working for over 20 years. For a young man in the field, he shows himself with class, dignity, and the knowledge of someone whose been doing this their entire life. I would recommend Will to anyone and am so happy with how my situation was handled. I didn’t even have to show up to court. He did it all for me. I can’t thank or recommend him enough.

Never had any law trouble, while facing a misdemeanor drug charge, a driving while license suspended misdemeanor, and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle misdemeanor I called an old friend. Mr. Nahikian was able to have the failure to yield dismissed. He was also able to have the driving while ...license suspended, second offense, changed to no ops, which will not show up on my record. Finally, and most importantly, Will was able to have my drug charge dismissed from my record with the completion of a short 6 month probation! He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done and not for one second did I feel vulnerable or out of the loop.
