Neglegent
Attorney refused to answer numerous letters while I was incarcerated. Failed to file my appeal, as required, as my state appointed appellate attorney. Was removed from the Michigan Assigned Appellate Council System by administrator Thomas Harp for failing to respond and act accordingly.
