Allen Early has had great success with appeals after other attorneys have lost cases at trial. Recently, for example, S. Allen Early was able to set aside a first-degree murder conviction rendered by a Wayne County jury in a case where another lawyer was the trial attorney. Mr. Early has been successful in reversing convictions, setting aside sentencings and achieving dismissal of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, DWI causing death and major drug cases.
