This Lawyer pretends to be nice until things don't go right... BEWARE and I am an old client

I hired this attorney about two years ago. He seemed great! He appeared to be sharp, attentive and all the things you wished your lawyer would be. He was successful in getting a ticket dismissed because it was a clear violation of corporate laws on the officer's part but he failed to deliver the most... important message. That there was another ticket that had to be paid for within a very specific time frame otherwise the dismissed ticket would be reinstated. I was told the ticket was dismissed and to pay for the other ticket when I get to it. Anyhow, turns out the dismissed ticket turned into a warrant and yes, I was arrested. Due to Ryan's failure to tell me that this was a time sensitive situation. He then stated that he had emails providing that it was specific to the time frame period in which the ticket had to be paid or this would happen.. I checked all my emails from him and none of these emails stated anything of a reinstatement of the dismissed ticket should the other fine not paid within the specific 30 days.. I called this lawyer to ask him to please fix this problem and he said, we are here if you need us for rehire. I called several times and left messages on re-hiring him which I think is not fair because his firm should back up his clients no matter what and not nickle and dime them. And to ask him to send his emails stating about the reinstatement and time frame to pay. Never called me once nor attempted to help me after he took my money. The sad part was I really did like this lawyer and he was to me, the go to lawyer for anything that would come up if I needed any help. These reviews are misleading. Beware. He lost a life time client.

Unfortunately this is a situation where the client was actually in court with us at the time when the judge handed down sentence. She chose not to listen, she chose not to pay within the required 30 days. And a warrant was issued. People often times blame their attorney when they neglect their own responsibilities. And I did speak to the client after they were arrested however it seemed like the only thing she want to discuss was how the Magistrate expressed to her how poor her attorney must of been in handling the matter 2 years ago. Perhaps a better approach with us would have rendered better results. The funny thing is I actually have the next court date in my calendar to appear but obviously we are taking it off now. Good luck and im sorry for the confusion.

Wonderful Lawyer!

My company hired Ryan for a few different legal matters, and he has been great! Very knowledgeable and determined. Ryan has always been available for any questions we have had as well, and was thorough in his answers to us. Would definitely recommend Ryan, and use his legal services if needed in th...e future!
