I actually hired Ms. Tracey for a couple different family oriented matters, and the first 2 matters she was very professional, and for the most part reliable. The instances in which she would call me back or communicate with me in a timely manner started to become less and less. The 3rd family matter... was where everything went straight to the toilet. I paid a very hefty retainer fee (more than I paid for the first 2) to her for this 3rd matter (regarding an adoption) and that was over a year ago. She strung me along, almost never returning my phone calls or those of my mother, and when she did communicate with me, she said we were simply waiting to hear back about a court date. After calling the adoption division for the courthouse we were dealing with, I was told they had NO records of anything at all being filed on behalf of my case. After leaving 2 more voice mails and 2 text messages I finally got another excuse filled response. Needless to say, now I'm impatiently waiting to have all of my documents returned to me so that I can pursue this case myself. I will never recommend or use her again. Pretty sad because between my husband and I, we have paid her thousands upon thousands of dollars over the years and would have continued to pay her for future legal matters had she remained professional and reliable during the course of this current case. Now a child's life and future are hanging in the balance thanks to her.

My divorce will be final on 12/9/13. Pamela worked very hard for me and my daughter. She represented me very well and I am couldn't be happier with how she handled my case. We were up against my ex who has made it clear that money and sticking it to me are much more important than his daughter is and... his attorney (who is NOT a primarily family law attorney) and they were unwilling to compromise or do anything not ordered by the Judge (we were ordered to mediation if we couldn't settle on our own, which we ended up having to do).

I was in an abusive marriage and I provided more than adequete information my exhusband I was under doctors care due to all the abuse and I was on medication Ms.Tracy promised to "make my husband be accountable I had no money she said she would do it probono or go after my ex husband his family was w...ell off well . I trusted her and she totallay abandoned me I could never get ahold of her the day of negotiations she knew I was on my prescribed medication and she switched sides right before my eyes she said I wasn't wanting her help I was offered to pay for a house that was free and clear in mine and my exs name nomoney owed and told me I had to pay my inlaws I was confused and crying she threatened to tell Judge Mccarthy I did't want her help long story short I lost everything I had 2 nervous breakdowns during the divorce I am on ssi I was a nursing assitant with all my prerecks to be a nurse I tried to report her to attorney greivence but when your poor you don't matter I am still homeless and it has been 3 years my ex got the house both cars and Im stuck with all my debt she did'nt show for the hearing after I told her she wasnt doing a good job and judge granted divorce my ex is remarried he was having an affair with a married woman and Im still struggling
