Jeffrey Feikens

I focus on medical malpractice defense, other professional liability defense and business litigation, with a civil trial practice in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb County, Michigan.  My practice includes:

•Defense of professional negligence claims for medical malpractice. Representation of physicians, managed care organizations, hospitals, other health care providers.

•Defense of product liability claims including pharmaceuticals and industrial products.

•Defense of other liability litigation, including general liability, personal injury, directors' errors and omissions, and performance fidelity bonds.

•Managed care insurance disputes and ERISA claims.

•General corporate, commercial, business litigation involving breach of contract claims and other disputes.

•Appellate litigation. Civil appeals.

•Unique plantiff personal injury cases except those involving medical malpractice claims.  

I am part of a family of lawyers, including my father, uncle and my grandfather who was a Federal district court judge.

My personal interests include national and international politics, history, sports and cooking.
