Gregory T. Schultz

I have advised and counseled municipalities, school districts, and private employers in labor and employment law issues for more than twenty years. 

My experience includes the representation of management in labor relations matters, with an emphasis on collective bargaining, grievance arbitration and general contract administration, Act 312 arbitrations, fact findings, and defense of unfair labor practice claims before the Michigan Employment Relations Commission.

I also help employers to manage risks associated with statutory and regulatory compliance, employee disciplinary and termination actions, harassment and discrimination claims, and employee handbook and policy manuals. When litigation cannot be avoided, I appear in Michigan and federal courtrooms and agency tribunals to protect and defend clients’ rights.
