Gary helped me purchase my business in West Bloomfield. Gary researched the franchise disclosure documents and helped me negotiate a favorable leasing term and addressed crucial, make or break, environmental concerns. The business had several liens and Gary helped release the business. He is caring, easy to talk to, easy to reach, and a heck of a negotiator when it matters. Definitely recommend!
