Edrick Terrell Thompson

Mr. Thompson recently was assigned to a motion that my daughter's father petitioned. Mr Thompson was very fair and his focused was on our daughter and ordered more than what my daughter's dad petitioned for and even lowering his child support from 800 a month to 100 a month, and he also ordered eve...ryday after school visits and help her with homework. This would have been very helpful for my daughter!!! However after all of Mr. Thompson's hard work at making attempts to accommodate the father, the father asked the judge to dismiss his visit and child support motion right after Mr. Thompson placed the judgement in the system, because he was not granted over nights of which he would have possibly be granted at the next hearing. Mr. Thompson even changed the order twice to accommodate my child's father. Per my daughter's father request (dismiss the motion) the order was dismissed and 800 a month and no visitation is back in place (original state). Judge Thompson listened very well and his focus was on the best interest for my daughter. He was NOT rude not one bit. He gave more than what her dad asked for even though her dad really was not involved and lived out of state for all of her life until last year. God bless and thank you for trying to help my baby girl spend time with her daddy.

I have my son 5 days a week his mother gets him on a Friday 8 pm and drop off at 2pm on Sunday . She does not participate or involved in his schooling nor does she buy him or provide for him out side of when she gets him. This guy told me I have to pay her child support. He really don't have ...the child best interest. His record speaks for itself.
