I specialize in criminal defense work. The goal is simple that being to extricate my clients from situations that place their freedom, prodession and family from serious jeapordy. Civil Rights 25%

All of the civil rights cases I deal with involve 42 USC 1983 and federal court litigation. 42 USC 1983 was the creation of the reconstruction era 42 Congress. Also known as the "Ku Klum Klan" statutes that deal with a circumstance in which an individual acting under color of state law violates a person's federally protected constitutional rights.

!!!DO NOT hire!!!

I hired Craig to appeal a domestic assault case. During my first meeting Craig specifically mentioned that he did not need my money and that he was taking my case strictly to help me out. The next time we met Craig showed me everything he has done for his other clients and assured me he would take ...care of me. Craig made many promises to me that he did not uphold, i sent Craig numerous emails asking about the status of my case, all of which he ignored. I soon became suspicious and decided to take matters into my own hands, so i called the circuit court where the appeal should have been filed only to have the clerk tell me that she saw nothing filed in my name. I called Craig a few times after and was sent to voicemail everytime when i sent him a text telling him i had just called circut court Craig immediately called me to defend himself. in short Craig accepted 1800$ from me for an appeal which he did not file. I warn anyone considering hiring Mr. Tank, do so at your own risk!!

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Craig and I have worked on a number of Federal cases together against corrupt governmental officials and their aggressive teams of attorneys. Craig has a scrutinizing mindset which enables him to easily separate the wheat from the chaff; there are many times when I have seen him shine the light of justice over a case and watched the wrongdoers scurry like cockroaches in an effort to escape; but Craig holds their feet to the fire relentlessly until justice has been achieved. Craig maintains a strong connection to the communities he represents and because of his dedication to police accountability, he continues to hold the respect and gratitude of many of his clients; criminal defendants and civil litigants alike."
