Hello Annonymous. I am writing this because I was looking for Mr. Tank's phone number on Avvo so my friend could hire him for a drunk driving case and started reading these ratings for curiosity. I read your post "don't do it" posted 2/14/2020 and your situation resonated with me. Let me explain m...y story... I was suffering from major-depressive disorder and doing heavy drugs about 10 years ago. I was hanging out with a friend of mine one-night drinking and sniffing glue, they felt they were touched inappropriately, and I was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct. I was completely high on glue and drunk, a basic zombie and did not remember much of the night. The trial court rejected my initial insanity and intoxication defense, ruling that first-degree criminal sexual conduct is a general intent crime. I was facing serious prison time. I appealed the case again and hired Mr. Craig Tank to represent me. It sounds like you had a different experience with Craig. But, with his hard work, he convinced the courts that I was a good person but ill and needed intense psychiatric and addiction help. He used DNA testing and was able to find video and strong witnesses who helped clear my name and save my life. After this whole ordeal ended, I was exhausted and so depressed that I checked myself into a psychiatric hospital to get help. I also got drug and alcohol addiction help. I went back to school, got my GED and became a master-electrition. I have made some serious money as an electrition and Detroit real estate investments.
