Professional and compassionate, Lisa shames all other attorneys in her field. So I have used Lisa Okasinski for a lot of really varied problems, all of them real estate related. She has helped me obtain a quiet title on a problematic property, kept an unsavory character for stealing said property, and allowed me to negotiate the sale of that property (with MAJOR environmental ...and title issues) at a 6 figure markup. She has been diligent about protecting me and my interests every step of the way and while pleasant and gracious, has been a shark where my interests are concerned. I have had a lot of lawyers in various cities and states, but Lisa is by far my favorite. I owe her a lot. Her pricing is always fair, and I am never left feeling upset at some insane mark up for a phone conversation or an email (a problem I have encountered a frequently with other attorneys). Lisa is not only knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and effective, but because she has a warm, pleasant personality, she not only successfully represented me, but she made what was otherwise a total nightmare scenario not quite so bad.
