Paul H. Stevenson

Paul's written argument is exceptional but in oral arguments his delivery is very poor at best. Case should have been easy dismissal due to poor officer testimony and complete lack of evidence. Prosecution delayed case by over a half year and sentence was for repeat offender for a first time offender.... In comparison to other lawyers Paul was $5000 more expensive. His communication of progress with the case was extremely poor to the point of not hearing from him for months or allowing court to delay for months on end without any challenge or justification. Paul is a nice, decent guy but when it comes to important legal matters you don't need a decent guy you need someone that gets you results.
