Excellent Representation When You Need it the Most

Quality attorney

My husband and I asked Nicole Smith to handle our step-parent adoption. Her fees were in the range of what we expected. She took care of everything, even when my, difficult to deal with, ex-husband caused the case to stall. My husband and I were on edge and quite literally freaking out for lack of better wording, Nicole was calm and knowledgeable. The case did end up taking much longer than we initially anticipated (mostly my ex-husbands fault, not the attorney). She gave us solid advice and was professional at all times.

Excellent Representation When You Need it the Most

Intelligent, confident and extremely capable attorney!

I was facing multiple felonies with total penalties of up to 5-20yrs! Nicole Smith and her legal team successfully defended me against an overwhelming amount of false accusations, overzealous, over charging prosecutors and dishonest police officers. She and her team were able to use their many years of combined, broad legal experience to expose the untruths and dishonesty of the testimony against me. I had one charge dropped and was found 100% NOT guilty on the other two! In my opinion, there is no better legal representation in Detroit than Nicole and her team. I bet my freedom on it.

Excellent

I met with Ms. Smith after receiving a motion from my ex to cease all of his child support. I hired her immediately after our first meeting. She made me feel comfortable, explained the process in detail, and her personality was exactly what I was seeking, strong and confident. Nicole and her firm has been extremely detailed oriented, and thorough with my case. She kept in contact via phone, email, or messaging with me, which was very important to me. She was excellent at writing and getting all of my forms to me and the courts on time. I have been extremely satisfied with Nicole and would definitely recommend her. You will not be sorry.

Rock and Roll Defense Attorney

Nicole and her partner went all out for my defense. I was falsely accused of a 20 year felony assault. They got me a great plea offer and when i said no, they went to trial and beat the prosecutor senseless. The jury came back not guilty in five minutes, apologizing to me for having to go through a trial. Thank you.

Great Attorney

This firm was great to work with. They were able to explain the process and potential outcomes very throughly. They knew many of the other attorneys to negotiate with and had a great rapport with the judges. They got the job done excellently. Finally all charges were dropped.

Divorce

(2014) After initially hiring a buffoon i was referred to Nicole to represent me in my pending divorce. First impressions are huge and i was very satisfied and impressed with my first meeting with Nicole. Through out the last 2 years Nicole and her firm have represented me and advised me in a professional, compassionate and most important honest manor. I am more than happy with how Nicole and her colleges have treated me and have always gone out of their way to not dismiss me and what i feel is important. I have never looked at my lawyers and expected miracles but what i do expect is hard work, honesty and integrity. With Nicole non of these are in question. Money grab

Nicole smith and her partner wanted to just settle and was not willing to fight for me. They were so worry about their relationship with the judge they didn't want to fight for my rights during my divorce. I was able to go in without them and get everything I wanted. She lead me to believe it was unreasonable to get what I wanted and I just needed to take what was being offered. She was wrong!
