Highly Recommended - Professional and Personable
Like most, its all of a sudden you find yourself in need of a lawyer. John's personable, caring attitude was a great start to the process of representing me and working with both me and my wife on the process of the legal system and approach to the case. Remarkable Criminal Defense Attorney
First, thank you John for all that you did for my daughter and I. If you are looking for a great criminal defense attorney Downriver or beyond, look no further than John McNally. He handled my daughter's case and ended up getting the matter dismissed. He is a very knowledgeable, respected and trustworthy attorney. From the 1st day I met with him, he made my daughter and I feel very comfortable and assured us that everything was going to be o.k. He passed no judgment on the situation we were in and was very caring and compassionate. He kept in touch with my daughter weekly to see how she was doing and gave her some very sound advice. Even though her matter was dismissed, he has asked that she keep in touch with him to let him know how she is doing. He makes you feel as if you are part of his family. I hope my daughter will never get into a situation like this again, but if she does, John will be the first one I call.

Highly Recommended!!
I consulted with John on a disability case and he was able to assist me in finding a way to settle my matter without litigation. He was attentive, prompt with responses and knowledgeable. His assistant Andrea is also prompt and very helpful. One of my favorite parts of my experience with him is that he didn't make me feel as though litigation was the only solution, as I have often felt when meeting with other attorneys. Although, he made me feel confident that if we did end up in litigation we would be well represented. Hopefully I dont ever need John's services again, but if I find myself in need of an attorney, he will be my first choice.

Professional and thorough
Mr. McNally was very efficient working on my case. He was personable when we met and every encounter afterwards. My case was discarded today with prejudice because of Mr. McNallys diligent work. He has been a great asset to have in my corner. I would highly recommend that if you or someone you know needs legal advise, you use McNally law.

Contracts Case
Mr. Mcnally represents the best of the best with respect to the legal profession. We retained him in a suit in 2015 to recover property and monies owned to us by contract with individuals who had breached an agreement and subsequently decided to retain such materials and monies. Mr. Mcnally was thorough, professional, and extremely effective in ensuring justice was not eluded in our case, ultimately resolving the issue in our favor. We recovered both monetarily and in property, as we were able to repossess the property and materials which we owned and the defendants had possession of. I would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking legal advice or counsel.

Trustworthy and Knowledgeable
John McNally was a very honest, informative, and knowledgeable lawyer. Everything he told me that he was set out to fight for against the other party's insurance company and my own, he accomplished efficiently and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. There were times in the case when I would be stressed about things, but he told me not to worry and he would take care of everything, and he did just that. I would highly recommend John to anyone who has an accident case, not only because he is a hard working lawyer for his clients but because he makes u feel comfortable with every legal decision he makes and he treats you like family.
