If you are reading this it’s because like me, you are probably new to this “hiring a lawyer” thing. First I will say Mr. Neace is 1 out of 6 lawyers I called in a day. He is the ONLY one who was able to answer my call every time and the only one who was able to meet with me right away. At the time I ...didn’t realize that was a red flag. I hired him June 2nd 2023 and a month later i fired him 24 hours before my court date and hired another attorney who was double the money. In 20+ years of practicing law, my new attorney never heard Mr. Neace’s name. (Another red flag).Thank god I hired someone else because I was in a custody battle and Mr. Neace suggested “it’s better to just pay sometimes then battle.” I ended up winning with my new attorney and I don’t pay a dime in child support. I had strong evidence that Mr. Neace wasn’t interested in seeing and didn’t for a month while he was hired which is why I left him. It all ended up getting me my win in court. I ended up with sole legal and physical custody. It was clear he was in over his head and talked a big game prior to getting my retainer fee. He constantly argued against what I wanted even though he worked for me stating “I do this for a living.” I just hope this helps someone who is like me. I did document my phone calls with him and other things so if anyone would like to contact me I encourage them to. I learned from my mistakes but luckily it only costed me money and not my child. He took my $2500 and kept every dime even though we never spent a minute in court.

I met Mr. Neace in 2014 and hired him for my divorce. He was able to get me a generous amount of money from my husband’s 401k. In July 2019, my family and I used him again on a very complicated family case, of which we were liters fighting in 2 courts. He never failed us, not once. Everything we pray...ed for, he obtained. My family and I are eternally grateful to him. He is a professional and a decent and honest man. He has compassion, which is rarely found in a lawyer. He will be there for you and do what it takes to make things right. Thank you, Mr. Neace from all my family.
