Our Firm Philosophy:
Gold & Associates, P.C. is dedicated to providing our clients with quality legal services in the areas of estate planning, probate, taxation, business, and retirement planning. The firm integrates its diverse educational and professional experiences to provide practical, quality legal services in the areas of the firm's concentration. By limiting our services to a narrow area of related fields of law, we are able to provide specailized advice and counsel. For the needs of our clients outside our areas of concentration, we refer matters to other attorneys who are experienced in the area of law directly related to our client's situation.
Kenneth R. Gold received a BS with distinction in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from Wayne State University in 1984 and subsequently received a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in 1987. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1987. In 1995, Mr. Gold received a Master of Laws in Taxation from Wayne State University. In 2005, he was awarded a Certificate of Completion of the Probate and Estate Planning Program by the State Bar of Michigan.

establishing an LLC
I worked with Ken on the recommendation of my financial advisor to establish an LLC for my company and also construct a will. Ken was thorough in asking about my business and then researching what the best form of business to establish was, i.e., LLC or P.C.

Will and Trust Update
Ken is very understanding, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. My mom moved back to Michigan from Florida and her will and trust needed to be updated. Ken did a great job and we were very pleased. I highly recommend his services.
