I wish I could have hired Mr. Dart when I got divorced, but he was probably still in school back then. But I wanted to leave him a glowing recommendation for the fantastic job he has done for my daughter. He has represented her efficiently and thoroughly. I can’t say enough good about his performanc...e.

I was not satisfied with him at all. We did most of the leg work and he used up the full retainer on one court case. he sent a list of things we were charged for that was outrageous fees. He did and said very little for our side when it came down to the actual court hearing. I would not recommend... him to anyone. I thought spending a lot of money would buy a good lawyer but was wrong in this case. I do have to say he has a nice office and a nice suit. We have found a much better lawyer who is willing to fight harder for less money in the same area. Next time I will do more research before hiring a lawyer. Glad I found this site.

Horrible lawyer. I did all the work and he came to court with nothing. Only reason I didn't owe as much as they were trying to get me for in support was because of all the work put in by me. You are better off finding someone else or representing yourself than to hire him. I told my friends looking f...or a lawyer, not to hire him unless they want to lose.

Mr. Dart and his staff were experienced and kind and handled my case with true professionalism. His office was able to help me obtain custody of my child and insure his safety during a very difficult time. I am most grateful to his office and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs someone wi...th experience to fight for them and their child.
