I wish I could have hired Mr. Dart when I got divorced, but he was probably still in school back then. But I wanted to leave him a glowing recommendation for the fantastic job he has done for my daughter. He has represented her efficiently and thoroughly. I recommend David J Dart for any Family Law, especially Divorce and Domestic Abuse, I am pleased with the results he and his staff helped me gain. I was so afraid to reach out end my battle so glad I spoke to and hired Mr. Dart. He was as aggressive as I needed and an overall excellent Attorney. He... helped to answer all of my questions. The office staff and his worked hard and got me exactly the results I needed.

I was not satisfied with him at all. We did most of the leg work and he used up the full retainer on one court case. he sent a list of things we were charged for that was outrageous fees. He did and said very little for our side when it came down to the actual court hearing. I would not recommend... him to anyone. I thought spending a lot of money would buy a good lawyer but was wrong in this case. I do have to say he has a nice office and a nice suit. We have found a much better lawyer who is willing to fight harder for less money in the same area. Next time I will do more research before hiring a lawyer. Glad I found this site.

Horrible lawyer. I did all the work and he came to court with nothing. Only reason I didn't owe as much as they were trying to get me for in support was because of all the work put in by me. You are better off finding someone else or representing yourself than to hire him. I told my friends looking f...or a lawyer, not to hire him unless they want to lose.

This was a very stressful process but one that became more manageable since I had a lawyer that was very in-tune with my struggles. I can recall two instances when David called just to reassure me that we were on the right track and that good things would come of our efforts. I can't thank him enough for easing my anxiety and putting me at ease. David also employs a very competent and kind staff. They provided excellent and timely follow-up that was very appreciated at a time when I felt I had the world on my shoulders. Essentially, I couldn't have asked for better respresentation. We won our case and I strongly feel that the outcome may have been different had I chosen another firm. So, if you're looking for a strong, compassionate, knowledgeable, flexible and extremely fair lawyer, then look no futher than David Dart.
