If I ever need a lawyer again, I will return to Mr. Pollice. While in the process of purchasing a new home it became obvious to me and my real estate agent that I needed the advise of a lawyer. He was easy to get in touch with by phone or email. He returned calls promptly. He also communicated with the seller's title company for me.
