Bare Minimum So Far

Brother got him for his pretrial and has only had to decide what type of trial to request. He has encouraged my brother to take a bench trial. EVERY law office website Ive seen, while researching this problem and before he was assigned this lawyer, makes it very clear that you will be pressured int...o taking bench trial but they all DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING THIS. This is made very clear by all private law offices. When he told Haines about this, he told my brother to just go with a bench trial anyway. It already feels like he’s only going to be interested in taking the route that is easiest for him, not necessarily whats best for my brother. Im quite nervous. But we shall see.

Derwood Haines is not a good lawyer! He doesn't show any interest in the case, doesn't answer your questions, doesn't have any time for you, and only does the bare minimum for him to say that you have been represented by someone!!!
