Gregory T. Osment

In my experience, Mr. Osment has limited knowledge of the Bankruptcy Court system outside of the standard basic filings. His inexperience with any court issues that are not standard procedure in the process, led to substantial errors in reporting my case to the court. This resulted in significant un...recoverable expense to me. Even when the Bankruptcy Lawyer from the court informed me that the incorrect information he submitted was the cause of the $26,000 negative judgement against me, he refused to take responsibility and correct the record. You hire a lawyer to act on your behalf, expecting them to be able to provide a service which you are not able to provide for yourself. Bankruptcy is a difficult situation for all parties involved and having to suffer due to incompetent representation was unimaginable.

I am so incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism I received from Mr. Osment and his staff. Having to make the decision was already so difficult and Greg treated me so well during the whole process. Sarah is on the ball and ensures that everything is received in a timely matter, whi...ch really made the process so much easier.
