Hiring this attorny is the worst decision I have ever made in my entire life. She dropped me in the middle of my case. My ex tried to kill my son in a suicide attempt. I called CPS and made a report, I took him to a child abuse specialist here , and I had him see his therapist chosen by his mother ,a...ll while he was with me during the summer and told me about how his Mom tried to kill him, how his step dad beats his mom, how his mom let him try smoking TWICE, and how his extremist uncle slaps him so hard that he cries. I got a report confirming this from CPS California where i live, as well as CPS MI where his mother lives, and report from the child abuse specialist/ therapist who my son went to see 7 times, as well as a report from his mothers appointed child therapist. all of these reports confirmed my sons statements and my concern. In addition to all of this leg work that i did, and all the reports and information I provided, this attorney was against me from the jump, yelling and screaming on the phone, barking, threatening to drop me every few days, and then the worst happened, she was out foxed by a much experienced and older attorney that my ex hired, and the judge had it so that my child has to go back to MI while we await an appointment with a forensic Psychologist. The attorneys spoke to the judge in private . In the middle of setting up the appointment, Lachelle made good on her promise and dropped me, after i gave her all my money. I don't have an attorney now, and the exes attorney is sending correspondence to Lachelle and she is not even telling me what's happening, she has dropped me in the middle of me going through hell. DO NOT TRUST THIS ATTORNEY, SHE HAS A BAD TEMPER, SHE doesn't care what you KNOW OR THINK, SHE HAS 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND WILL DESTROY YOU with her negligence and her lack of understanding or compassion. her review . she will drop you and leave you HANGING HIGH AND DRY with out a thing you can do. don't be her guinie pig. I asked her to kindly just keep communicating with the attorney until i can find someone else to represent me since shes refusing to BECAUSE she lacks empathy and understanding. she well BARK and YELL at you, she does not care what you think or what is right or wrong. you are just a number and she DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR OUR CHILD, or the safety of his life. Shes also extremely unresponsive, she will ignore you after you hire her, and will spend 10-15 minutes speaking to you the day before court although this case was extremely complicated. good luck, she talks a good game until you pay her then you see her true colors.
