I would describe Attorney Jeff Saunders as a very professional, insightful, extremely knowledgeable, candid and compassionate individual and attorney. I initially hired Jeff several years ago for executing my deceased brother's trust. He was an invaluable resource. He was extremely helpful in ad...vising me with difficult and unforeseen issues and decisions. His rates were very reasonable, especially when you consider how efficient and effective he is with project management. He stayed on-task and focused, yet I never felt rushed. He informed me upfront of the entire process and helped me with when I should be reactive and when to be proactive. I recently hired Jeff for my own estate planning needs. Repeat business should convey something in itself! He was exceptional in helping me to formulate the best strategy for my estate plan as well as the preparation of tasks to manage my asset base. Mr. Saunders did my father's and my Living Trust many years ago. When my father passed he was a huge help to me in executing the trust. I now have him as my financial advisor. I have retained Mr. Saunders twice since 2010 to assist with transitioning both my mother and father into a nursing home and getting them qualified for Medicaid. Mr. Saunders reviewed, evaluated, assisted with processing and submitted Medicaid application documents. He made telephone calls to nursi...ng home and caseworker to follow up on progress of the application. Mr. Saunders also assisted with questions I had in reference to the property that they owned. Mr. Saunders was always very helpful, friendly and professional. I would definately retain him again in the future.

One of the beneficiaries is not 18 years old. Changed Trust to include a Trust for young beneficiary. Jeffrey explained everything in detail before I agreed to make the change.
