This was a three year in the making process. Krystle, Laura, and the rest of the staff treated us like family in helping to bring my grandfather across to the United States. All the staff are bilingual making them an excellent choice for anyone whose first language is Spanish. When the cards were st...acked against us, K-M Law quickly provided us with a blanket of support and were ready to walk through fire with us. During this process we had dozens of meetings, K-M law were super flexible with meeting times, we chose our meetings in person while we were in the United States, Krystle and her staff met with us through phone and email visits while we were in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. Krystle and her staff were so responsive and quick especially with the U.S embassy giving us less than 24 hours notice to reply, scan, upload, and provide required forms and documentation. Also in addition they assisted with scanning and uploading the documentation especially with us being in an area of Mexico with poor internet and phone reception and speed. Our phone calls kept dropping, Krystle and her staff did not give up and Krystle personally called us and walked us through step by step. She was very nice, very thorough, she was very upfront with prices, all of her staff are easily available, they all go above and beyond to help you, she checks in multiple times to address further questions, they always explain all your options, they will never make you feel like you are a bother. I had a felony DUI case with a car accident involving another party. They had me sentenced to 1 to 5 years in prison plus probation. She listened to every word I had to say. Krystal-Marie has been my mom's lawyer for her immigration case on becoming a legal resident.
