If you want a good and very reliable real estate lawyer higher Gary.

I live out of state and my home attorney referred me to Gary Gardner. I was able to ask Gary some questions that concerned a real estate issue with my ex husband that passed and left me with our home and a lot of unresolved issues from our divorce over ownership of the house and mortgages that were... now my responsibility. Gary was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me understand what had to be done. I really appreciate that he was able to help me without hiring him. I found Mr. Gardner to be very likable, and easy to talk with. He listens to your case fully then gives careful advice. He is very efficient with his time and charges. It turned out I did not go on to finalize my separation, and Gary’s demeanor was at least part of the reason. Highly recommend him.

Knowledgeable, smart, hard working and professional lawyer

I was referred to Mr. Gardner 2 weeks prior to an unfortunate event that happened to me that almost destroyed my reputation ( family matter). I was very pleased with Mr. Gardner level of expertise, professionalism, years of experience and certainly his quiet and reassuring aura that personally or a...ny other person would feel in good hand with a smart lawyer. He has handled my case wisely and responsibly ( given the circumstances) with the understanding that one’s reputation is protected fairly. He respects all of clients and would even give out his personal contact for emergencies. I had access to his email 24/7. He is very quick to get matters resolved. Did as prommised

Mr. Gardner was very easy to contact and communicate with throughout the process. We had a overweight ticket and Mr. Gardner was able to reduce the ticket by $1000. He was very professional and his fee was reasonable. He did not at any point over promise results and in the end he delivered as expecte...d. Overall great service, very knowledgeable.

Mr Gardner in very experienced, knowledgeable lawyer. he takes his time but he take care of things well. I totally advice anyone who want a good lawyer to hair him. at the end of my case he gave me big discount just because he knew that I was suffering with bills. great person in deed.
